I am a genuine oatmeal cookie monster... I just counted, and as of January 2018, I've shared 47 oatmeal cookie recipes along with you. Eep! Have you ever tried any of them yet? (? They're a few of the most well-known recipes in my website because they taste very sweet and comfy, just like traditional"indulgent" oatmeal cookie recipes, but they include no refined sugar or bread!

Healthy Banana Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Yields: 15 biscuits

The recognizable comfy spices and plump blueberries make them even more irresistible. They'll keep for a minumum of one week if stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator--should they last long!


1 cup (100g) instant oats (fermented if required and measured like that )

3/4 cup (90g) whole wheat or fermented * flour (measured like that )

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp salt

2 tbsp (28g) unsalted butter or olive oil, melted and cooled slightly



1 teaspoon vanilla extract



1/4 cup (40g) raisins

In a medium bowl, whisk together the oats, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. In another bowl, whisk together the butter or coconut oil, mashed banana, and vanilla. Add the flour mixture, stirring just until incorporated.



Using a spoon and spatula, drop the cookie dough into 15 rounded scoops on the sheet, and apply to the desired depth and width using 20 Homemade Vegan Cookies That Will Make Your Kitchen Smell ... a spatula. Bake at 325°F for 10-12 minutes.
